Eden Bouchoucha

Eden Bouchoucha is a real estate entrepreneur known for building high performing teams, data backed investment strategies and client focused systems across the Portuguese market. He is the Founder and CEO of Seed Real Estate in 2020, now operating as Coldwell Banker Seed, where he leads a growing network dedicated to excellence in sales, investment advisory and portfolio development.

Eden began his career in Paris, directing a renovation firm that blended design architecture and smart technology. This hands on experience allowed him to master the complete lifecycle of property value creation, from acquisition and financing to renovation and market exit. Along the way he built his own investment portfolio, gaining the practical expertise that shapes his advisory approach today.

He arrived in Lisbon in 2018 with a vision of transforming how property is bought, sold and managed. One year later he founded Seed Real Estate with his parter Semih Menda, designing a boutique operating model supported by in house marketing, legal and technology systems. His goal has always remained constant. transparency, structure and long term strategy for every client.

Under his leadership the company has completed hundreds transactions, managed high yield development projects and earned multiple International Property Awards for operational excellence and innovation. Beyond building a successful agency Eden is committed to elevating the profession itself. He coaches and mentors agents to combine market knowledge, rigorous preparation and disciplined execution.
