Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Lisbon, Seed Real Estate was born from a shared vision between Eden Bouchoucha and Semih Menda. Eden’s journey, with direct experience in the market as both an agent and investor, combined with Semih’s background in filmmaking and producing campaigns for international brands, gave rise to a completely different real estate experience.
