Mónica Paiva Raposo

I was born in Brazil, but Portugal is my home and it is here that I built my life, personal and professional.

My path has gone through different areas, but always with a common denominator: people and spaces. For several years I worked in the world of decoration, where my taste for houses, interiors and discovering the potential of each space was born and grew. In the last ten years I have been linked to the area of management, especially in catering, an experience that taught me a lot about people, relationships and the importance of taking care of every detail.

I've always liked houses. I like to enter, observe, imagine possibilities and understand how each space can gain a different life depending on who inhabits it. But, above all, I like people: to get to know them, to hear their stories, to create relationships and to get to know different ways of living and different cultures.

It is this combination that now brings me to real estate and Coldwell Banker Luxus. I see buying or selling a house as one of the most important decisions in someone's life and I want to be present in this process in a close, dedicated and personalized way.
